Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • Age below 26 years.
  • Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing), Higher diploma or any other professional qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a reorganized institute. (Fresh graduates looking for internship/s are encouraged to apply).
  • Should be a good listener, speaker, quick learner, negotiator with growth-centric approach.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of HR functions, policies, labor laws, and payroll processes is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS software is a plus.
  • A proactive attitude with the willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support employee lifecycle management, including staff onboarding and exit processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling HR-related matters.
    Support blue-collar and white-collar recruitment activities, including job postings, scheduling interviews, shortlisting, profile database, candidate coordination and selection.
  • Handle HR documentation related to contracts, asset handovers, staff loans, reports, memos, etc. and other administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with team leaders to prepare job descriptions, monitoring and review KPIs.
  • Assist in payroll activities, including maintaining employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Manage EPF/ETF contributions and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in the employee performance review process and appraisals.
    Address employee queries, challenges, and concerns while ensuring timely escalation to relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, employee engagement initiatives, social activities, and company events.
